    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in preventative maintenance, **mechanical and electrical troubleshooting** . The role involves rebuilding **machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors** , and more.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, and replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses.

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with 480v, 3 phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and control panels.

    + Troubleshoot robotic systems, specifically Fanuc robotics.

    + Utilize multimeters for electrical fault diagnostics.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Skilled in electrical troubleshooting including 480v, 3 phase systems.

    + Experience with hydraulics, servo motors, conveyors, and gearboxes.

    + Knowledge of VFD, Allen Bradley, and PLC systems.

    + Ability to perform robotic troubleshooting, especially Fanuc systems.
