    Assembly Technician - Weekly Pay!!

    Job Description

    Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in producing Bioprocess Containers within a cleanroom environment. You will safely conduct the production process by adhering closely to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings, ensuring precision in assembling, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture products, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package and inspect products according to product blueprints and manufacturing drawings.

    + Utilize tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

    + Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

    + Ensure products meet quality standards through mutual inspection, identifying and correcting quality errors, and timely recording and reporting of issues.

    + Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) during task performance.

    + Participate actively in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.

    + Collaborate effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process and support training and mentoring of co-workers.

    + Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.

    Essential Skills

    + General production experience

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints

    + Experience with hand tools and assembly

    + Knowledge of medical device production and assembly line processes

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment

    + Capability to stand for the majority of the shift

    + Ability to perform repetitive tasks

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom environment, requiring the use of specific cleanroom PPE including a bunny suit, hair net, gloves, and booties on shoes. Be prepared to lift items weighing 25+ pounds. Work schedules vary with shifts available from Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, and evening shifts from 7:30pm to 6am, or a day shift from Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
