    Job Title: Bindery Operator

    • **Pay:** $20.00 – $32.00/hour ( _Based on Experience and shift_ )

    •️What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate bindery equipment based on job specs

    + Monitor product quality and troubleshoot minor issues

    + Use computer-based systems (MII, SAP) to track materials and production

    + Perform tasks such as feeding, stacking, bundling, and inventory counts

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area

    •What You Bring

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience with bindery production machinery

    + Basic math, reading, and computer skills

    + Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
