    Job Title: Welder

    Structural Welder – Fabrication | Up to $32/hr | Full-Time

    + we are hiring experienced Structural Welders to join a growing fabrication team focused on-beam welding for the construction industry.

    + This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who can read blueprints and work efficiently in a shop environment.

    Pay Rate:

    + Up to $32/hour, depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform Flux Core (FCAW)and MIG welding on structural steel

    + Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication tasks

    + Weld and fabricate I-beams and mild steel components

    + Fit and assemble parts (fitting experience is a plus but not required)

    Requirements:

    + Proficiency in FCAW and MIG welding

    + Ability to read blueprints and schematics

    + Experience in structural steel fabrication

    + Familiarity with hand tools and wire feed welding

    Work Environment:

    + Indoor shop bay environment(not temperature controlled)

    + Fast-paced, production-oriented setting

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
