Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking two reliable General Laborers to join our team at Denver International Airport. These positions will primarily support fireproofing crews by maintaining clean work areas and assisting with material handling and preparation.
Responsibilities
+ Clean and maintain designated work areas, including removal of debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
+ Assist fireproofers by moving, staging, and preparing fireproofing materials and equipment.
+ Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
+ Set up and break down work areas, including covering surfaces and protecting adjacent areas from overspray.
+ Support fireproofers during application by handing tools, mixing materials, and performing other tasks as directed.
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Essential Skills
+ General labor experience.
+ Knowledge of construction practices.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Experience with scissor lift operation.
+ Fireproofing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of previous commercial construction or labor experience.
+ Willingness to work in an airport environment and comply with all security and safety requirements.
+ Ability to obtain a DEN airport badge.
+ Must have a driver's license.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

This position offers a stable 12-24 month contract at Denver International Airport with the opportunity to transition to a direct position due to the extensive airport work available. Enjoy working in a consistent indoor environment.
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm. You will be part of a 4-person crew, working in a 2-person team. The day begins at the warehouse in Henderson at 5:45am with carpooling to the airport, and shift pay starts at 6:30am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, Colorado.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.51 - $23.51/hr.
