    Description

    The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s core infrastructure, with a strong focus on Cisco network administration and Microsoft 365 user support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Cisco Network Administration & Configuration

    + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure

    + Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve network issues

    + Maintain and update network documentation, including configurations, and procedures

    + Apply security patches and ensure network compliance

    + Administer M365 environment: user accounts, license assignments, group creation, and troubleshooting

    + Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office Apps

    + Assist with device management, policy enforcement, and user onboarding

    + Ensure endpoint compliance and support security software deployment

    + End user support via phone, email, and in-person for internal and remote users

    + Resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices

    + Manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies, and permissions

    + Monitor and verify system backups, ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2 years of experience in Cisco network administration and configuraation

    + Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy, Firewall Technologies

    + Microsoft 365 administration and support

    + Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer-focused IT service

    + Team player with a desire for collaboration
