Our nonprofit client is looking for a highly motivated Financial Management Program Specialist to join their team in Vista, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.

     

    • What You'll Do:

    + Provide comprehensive financial management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    + Assist clients with budgeting, financial planning, and maximizing available public benefits like Social Security and more.

    + Support clients in navigating complex financial systems to improve their independence.

    + Develop and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Services, or equivalent work experience.

    + Experience in financial management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDEAL!).

    + Knowledge of public benefits (Social Security, Medicaid, etc.) is a huge plus!

    + Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    + Bonus points if you’re a QuickBooks Online expert!

    + A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
