Job Details Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU) We are seeking a highly skilled NP or PA to join our Neuro ICU team at [Hospital Name]. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering advanced care to critically ill neurological patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans. Assist in critical procedures and collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York State. ACNP or PA-C certification preferred; Neuro ICU experience a plus. BLS/ACLS certification required; from AHH only Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends Salary Range USD $105.00 - USD $105.00 /Hr.
