Job Title: Project Reporting Specialist Job Description
The Project Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the project team by ensuring accurate data entry, financial tracking, and system reporting across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for maintaining project integrity, budget visibility, and reporting accuracy to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with project leadership to ensure timely and accurate data entry into project tracking systems.
+ Gather and organize information from team members to populate Excel-based reports and dashboards.
+ Identify and resolve discrepancies in project data, financial records, and reporting outputs.
+ Maintain up-to-date records to support Project Managers in tracking budgets and identifying variances across projects.
+ Assist in the preparation of project documentation, status updates, and performance summaries.
+ Learn and support reporting tools such as Power BI and SharePoint as they become primary platforms for project tracking and collaboration.
+ Maintain organized records and contribute to continuous process improvements in reporting workflows.

Work Environment
Working in a manufacturing environment in an office setting with a capital projects team. The team is focused on ensuring project success through accurate and timely reporting. The role is part of a long-term open-ended contract with the potential for permanent hire. The company values inclusivity and provides vacation time.

This is a Contract position based out of Albany, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr.
