About Us:

The people of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) are united by a singular mission: ending cancer for life. Our specialized care teams provide personalized, compassionate, expert care to patients of all ages. Informed by basic research done at our Sloan Kettering Institute, scientists across MSK collaborate to conduct innovative translational and clinical research that is driving a revolution in our understanding of cancer as a disease and improving the ability to prevent, diagnose, and treat it. MSK is dedicated to training the next generation of scientists and clinicians, who go on to pursue our mission at MSK and around the globe.

+ Provides comprehensive nutrition care to assigned patients by assessing nutritional needs, developing, implementing, and re-evaluating nutritional care plan

+ Provides coverage of all inpatient units

+ Refers patients to other services

+ Counsels patients and/or caregivers about special nutrition needs and procedures, prior to discharge, and coordinates the provision of outpatient nutrition services as needed.

+ Develops and revises patient nutrition education materials as needed.

+ Trains staff as assigned.

Key Qualifications & Core Skills:

+ Bachelors’ degree with major in Food & Nutrition or related field; master’s degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 2-years experience.

+ At least one year in oncology or nutrition support preferred

+ Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Commission on Dietetic Registration

+ Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist, New York State

Pay Range: $75,500.00 - $116,900.00
