Our client is looking to add a Data Domain Lead that will serve as the internal product owner for all data-related aspects of the global property solutions transformation, overseeing consultant companies work and ensuring alignment with our client’s business needs. This role is critical in building and maintaining a robust, end-to-end data infrastructure that supports strategic planning, capital management, and operational visibility across global office locations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and analytics, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PS modules. Experience in real estate or property management domains is essential, especially with platforms like Nuvolo or IBM Tririga. The role requires a blend of technical and business acumen, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, process understanding, and digital transformation leadership. Initially more technical, the role will evolve to be predominantly functional, guiding data strategy and integration across multiple applications and teams.

Job Description:

• Serve as subject matter expert in SQL data modelling(ER Studio), Data Engineering, Data Integration, Tableau and Power BI dashboards design and development for the business needs.

• Ensure the digital solutions(SQL Models, Analytics dashboards, ETL pipelines) are built leveraging industry best practices/EM Standards across the different areas of business

• Awareness of SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning data structures, specifically Finance, Cost Controlling, Project, Material Management, and Data Warehousing concepts.

• Accountable to protect the Intellectual Property of models & jobs, ensuring the technical documentation translating the business capability into a logical model is up to date and meaningful.

• Understand to E&PS business processes thoroughly in the areas of Project and Portfolio Planning, Space Planning, Space Utilization and Space Stewardship.

• Provide vision to harmonize data across the organization and help implement the best practices to maintain data integrity within various applications/databases

• Have experience building data hierarchies, managing meta and reference data, and establishing effective reporting information structures to address business needs.

• Build relationships with various groups like Information Technology, Financial Analysis & Reporting, Financial Cost Controls and Reporting, Planning and Stewardship, Business Enablement, Strategy, Planning, Projects, Commercial and operations groups to understand the business needs and help the digital team to identify gaps/opportunities will all be necessary for success

• Experience in working on Agile-based project implementation

• Process knowledge in the areas like Space Management, Planning and Budgeting, capital budgets, operating expense models, and Projects is critical for quick onboarding.

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Good quality of work performance such as completeness, freedom from errors, analytical soundness, creation of useful work products, etc.

• Sound business judgment and ability to make timely decisions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $100.00/hr.
