Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our wireless business by leveraging data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing strong collaboration skills and an analytical approach to drive complex projects impacting internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** :
+ Own end-to-end analysis of sales KPIs, channel performance, and regional trends to drive data-informed decisions that fuel revenue growth
+ Design and implement initiatives that improve sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and support execution of national and regional strategies
+ Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to empower field and leadership visibility
+ Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of promotions, launches, and operational changes
+ Identify pain points in sales and support operations; develop and implement solutions to increase speed, reduce errors, and improve outcomes
+ Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering executive-level insights and recommendations with clarity, context, and confidence
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in business operations or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Candidate must reside in the Chicago Market
+ Strong problem-solving abilities to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions
+ Expertise in data analysis through spreadsheets, with a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
+ Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
+ Experience with process optimization to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business outcomes
+ Proficiency in mapping current business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements or automation
+ Expertise in gathering detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders
+ Proven experience in managing and engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, department heads, IT teams, and external vendors
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical and business concepts
+ Excellent project management skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite, specifically spreadsheet applications
+ Strong analytical skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
