Job Title: Engineering Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with strong expertise in hydraulics to lead technical support and product development initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex application challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the Technical Support department to ensure alignment with business goals

+ Collaborate with Sales to identify market trends and customer needs

+ Design and develop innovative hydraulic solutions and products

+ Provide technical support across pre-sales and post-sales activities

+ Conduct product training for internal teams, distributors, and customers

+ Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings

+ Maintain clear communication across departments and with external partners

+ Promote safety and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

+ 2+ years in applications/design engineering

+ Certified with the International Fluid Power Society (preferred)

+ Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)

+ Strong communication and project management skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (domestic/international)

+ Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 60 lbs) for demos and trade shows

Work Environment:

+ Office-based with occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows

+ Exposure to varied environments including warehouses and outdoor conditions
