Responsibilities
+ You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
+ You will define a feature set and facilitate senior-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions and will collaborate with a partner team to build configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.
+ You will scale Product Marketing teams by providing strategic guidance to build marketing and roll-out plans, as well as by leading the creation of customer support plans. You’ll also take advantage of major opportunities to promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.
+ You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for crucial technical needs in order to improve product development across Microsoft. You’ll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience leading product teams building consumer products.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
+ OR software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience building consumer products in personal productivity, data or search.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
+ Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
