    Power-Flo Technologies Moonachie is seeking an organized and hardworking individual to join our team as a counter sales representative for electrical products.

    Opportunities for Growth

    Responsibilities:

    + Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

    + Prospect and contact potential customers.

    + Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadlines.

    + Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

    + Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.

    + Create sales material to present to customers.

    + Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, information, and promotions. Suggest alternative or additional product when appropriate.

    + Pick and fill orders when appropriate.

    + Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation.

    + Purchase special order material, for customers, as per company procedure. Expedite open orders.

    + Process product returns, per company procedure assuring, that all documentation is collected.

    + Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

    + Assist warehouse, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years training or experience in the electrical industry.

    + Knowledge of electrical products.

    + Familiarity with CRM platforms.

    + Ability to build rapport with clients.

    + Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a plus.

    + Strong negotiation skills.

    + Deadline and detail oriented.

    + A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed.
