Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Quality, Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.

+ 10 years of experience as a Quality, Reliability or Product Engineering.

+ 4 years of experience in SSD manufacturing processes.

+ Experience with high-volume, high-reliability hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace.

+ Experience with SSD technologies, including SSD manufacturing and test processes.

+ Ability to travel up to (15%-20%) of the time as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Quality, Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.

+ 10 years of experience in Quality/Reliability and SSD technology.

+ Experience with DRAM (Dynamic Random-Access Memory) technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

+ Own the end-to-end supplier quality and reliability for SSD (Solid-State Drive) components, from NPI through end-of-life.

+ Lead cross-functional initiatives during NPI phases to ensure the technical and operational readiness of the SSD commodity supply chain for mass production.

+ Partner with Design, Manufacturing, and Commodity teams as the subject matter expert on qualifying and scaling SSD technologies. Influence product roadmaps and architectural decisions by providing data-driven insights on hardware quality, reliability, and performance trade-offs.

+ Drive the resolution of critical fleet and factory issues, leading suppliers through robust Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Failure Analysis (FA), and 8D processes.

+ Develop and implement advanced quality plans and process controls (FMEA, DOE, Cpk, etc.) to mitigate risks.
