Description
This role is a key member of The Estée Lauder Companies' Global Communications (GC) team, supporting 360 storytelling across ELC's corporate channels. The position will work closely with and report to the Executive Director, Global Communications, to manage content on ELC's digital channels, with a strong focus on employee communications.
The role is responsible for serving as a trusted partner for stakeholders across the company, working closely on the company intranet to deliver an elevated experience and essential information to employees. The position requires a strong combination of editorial, digital, and project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across brands, regions, and functions.
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate with stakeholders across brands, regions, and functions and manage content submissions via online request forms
+ Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company on the corporate intranet
+ Oversee the employee communications editorial calendar, deliverables and scheduling of content submitted by stakeholders across ELC
+ Proofread, edit, format and publish content across employee communication channels
+ Curate and deploy weekly roundup newsletter and develop ELC templates for newsletter variations sent by regions and functions
+ Support overall intranet platform management: page builds, site updates, functionality, personalization and governance⁃related tools
+ Partner with IT on intranet site upgrades, testing, customizations, UX⁃related updates, integrations and user surveys
+ Manage corporate email deployment, including distribution lists, audience segmentation, resource accounts and subscriber profiles
+ Support governance and training programs for the intranet and employee email
Qualifications
+ 3+ years experience in communications or digital marketing
+ Strong writing, verbal communication, and tech⁃based skills
+ Team player who leads with optimism
+ Highly organized and detail⁃oriented problem solver with a strong editorial and design eye
+ Ability to thrive in a fast⁃paced and high⁃demand corporate environment, balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
+ Ability to lead projects start⁃to⁃finish and maintain best practices and processes
+ Knowledge of web⁃based content management and email marketing platforms
+ Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
+ Minimum Education level: Bachelors Degree
