    Job Title:** **Sales Representative – Industrial Machinery Installation

     

    Reports To:** **Sales Manager / Director of Business Development

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team in the industrial machinery installation sector. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of machinery installation services to manufacturing, processing, and industrial clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.

    + Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

    + Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions involving machinery installation, integration, and support services.

    + Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

    + Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing.

    + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

    + Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

    + Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial services, machinery, or manufacturing sectors.

    + Strong understanding of industrial machinery and installation processes is highly desirable.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to read technical drawings and understand installation requirements is a plus.

    + Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

    + Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    + Office-based with frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events.

    + May involve visits to industrial environments requiring PPE and safety awareness.

    Compensation:

    + Competitive base salary plus commission.

    + Benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
