    Position Overview

    As a Human Resource Coordinator – Store, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to the Region. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks including recruitment and new store support, associate relations follow-up, as well as various administrative and record-keeping responsibilities.

     

    You’ll be trusted with handling sensitive and personal information, so your commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and discretion will be essential.

    A Day In The Life

    + Verify all ongoing reporting compliance standards are met as per company guidelines and requirements.

    + Assist the Region in maximizing the functionality of Paradox,identifying, sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing and ultimately hiring and onboarding candidates to fill store associate roles, including tracking and managing open positions.

    + New Store Openings; supporting site selection, job fairs, interview logistics and IT equipment

    + Process all R31 data-entry transactions timely and accurately

    + Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires to ensure all pre-employment, onboarding and training requirements are successfully completed.

    + Work closely with store, regional, territory and corporate partners to manage requests and inquiries related to leaves of absence, paid time off, payroll, benefits, and other human resource related requests.

    + Other special projects as directed.

    Education:

    Licenses/Certification/Registration:

    **Experience** **:** Working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource information Systems (HRIS) software including Workday and Paradox. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

    Skills and Abilities:

    Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
