    Job Description:

    + Partner with clients to bring their business ambitions to life through SAP S/4HANA, leveraging your domain expertise and industry insights.

    + Contribute to large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs, often involving teams of 50+ professionals.

    + Translate business needs into SAP capabilities, advising clients on maximizing value from their transformation.

    + Lead presales activities including bid responses, client presentations, proof-of-concept development, and RFP leadership.

    + Provide solution architecture and governance in delivery projects, acting as Engagement Manager or Director.

    + Drive customer satisfaction by transforming challenges into opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.

    + Identify and develop new business opportunities within your ecosystem.

    + Collaborate across international teams—business advisory, solution experts, marketing, and sales—to build strong networks and drive success.

    + Engage senior stakeholders, including CxO-level executives, with compelling presentations and strategic insights.

    Qualifications:

    + 15+ years of SAP experience, with leadership in value streams or domain expertise.

    + Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA Finance, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

    + Expertise in modules such as Treasury, FSCM, SAP FPSL, and SAP PaPM is a strong advantage.

    + Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.

    + Strong consulting and functional knowledge across SAP and partner technologies.

    + Familiarity with SAP’s strategic direction and ecosystem, including partnerships.

    + DevOps and CI/CD experience.

    + International exposure and mobility; offshore experience is a plus.

    + Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
