    Responsible for putaway, transacting and distributing materials in the Stockroom. Tasks include pulling job kits, material requisitions, stocking materials, and Kanban replenishment to support manufacturing operations. Must maintain inventory accuracy and assist with other Stockroom operations as needed.

     

    Scope of Position

     

    This insert adjective highly motivated individual, as part of the Stockroom team, will be responsible for Responsible for putaway, transacting and distributing materials in the Stockroom. Tasks include pulling job kits, material requisitions, stocking materials, and Kanban replenishment to support manufacturing operations. Must maintain inventory accuracy and assist with other Stockroom operations as needed.

     

    This position reports to Stockroom Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas

    Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Order Pulling: Pull materials for job kits and material requests for production operations.

    + Material Requisition Pulling: Lead and organize material requisition pulling to meet production needs.

    + Issuing Job Kits & Material Requisitions: Issue job kits and materials in a timely and accurate manner, tracking any issues.

    + Put-Away/Stocking: Assist in the stocking of materials, ensuring the right labeling, location and efficient storage.

    + Kanban Replenishment: Replenish materials in Kanban locations to ensure continuous material flow.

    + Flex Support (Pulling/Kanban/Stocking Backup): Provide backup support for material pulling, Kanban replenishment, and stocking as needed, ensuring no disruptions in operations.

    + ERP Transactions: Support the inventory transactions in ERP to ensure accurate records for stock movements.

    + Kit/Shortage Verification: Verify material availability and resolve any shortages for job kits.

    + Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as directed by the Stockroom Lead and/or Supervisor to support operations.

    Required Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

    + Basic math skills and computer skills to perform computer related transactions.

    + Ability to obtain forklift certification.

    + Ability to read, write and understand English.

    + High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent skill set

    + Associate’s degree preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Fort Worth, Texas location. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

    Physical Requirements :

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time.

    + Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds.

    + Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.

    + Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.

    + Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
