About the Role: As a Special Education Teacher,you’ll work under the guidance of our Special Education Program Administratorto deliver high-quality, individualized services to students from kindergartenthrough grade 12. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creatinginclusive learning experiences, providing specialized instruction, andcollaborating closely with general education staff to support every student’ssuccess.

What You’ll Do:

+ Design and implement personalized learning plans forstudents with diverse needs

+ Provide direct instruction, tutoring, and academicsupport

+ Collaborate with general education teachers and supportstaff to ensure cohesive programming

+ Participate in team planning and contribute to IEPdevelopment and implementation

+ Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment thatencourages growth and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university(preferred)

+ Valid state teaching certificate (required bystate/district regulations)

+ At least one year of teaching experience (preferred)

+ Certifications preferred:

+ Standard Elementary Teaching

+ Standard Secondary Teaching

+ Standard Special Teaching

+ Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement

+ Commitment to professional standards and ethical practice

+ Current CPR certification, TB screening, and healthcertificate (as required)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
