Warehouse Lead |** HIRING IMMEDIATELY **| Mooresville, NC

Compensation:

+ Starting pay range $26.46 tp $30.24 an hourly paid weekly

**Available Shifts:** 6:00pm – 6:30am2-2-3 Shift

Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifcations:

+ Coordinates yard management, trailer place, PINC, and dock set up

+ Experience with SAP preferred, function LES and PTP(ERP), MS Excel, Outlook, and Word a plus

+ Experience creating Bill of Lading (BOL's), creates outbound shuttle loads to offsite facilites.

+ Understanding of transportation and warehouse requirements

+ Manages outbound and recieving paperwork, also posting receipts.

+ Able to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conducts Operations in a safe manner

+ Organized with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.

+ Ability to train new hires and cross-train new personnel

+ Problem identificaton, management, and follow through to resolution

+ Must be able to communicate effectively both oral and in writing with all levels of EE's within the organization. Ability to work with associates at all levels of the organization.

+ Self-directed and demonstrates the ability to proactviely identify and resolve disrepancies or potential isseus

+ Be able to get certified on a powered industrial truck

+ Ability to meet the phsyical requirements of the job profile and medical assessments for the position

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Bachelors degree preferred

+ 3-5 Years warehouse management and production support.

+ 1+ years of direct supervisory experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

+ This position requires the ability to walk for more then 2/3 of the time, and the ability to stand, sit, talk and hear, use hands, handle or feel, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms, and taste or smell for up to 1/3 of the time.

+ This position requires the ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds for up to 1/3 of the time.

+ This position requires regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.

+ This position requires PPE to be worn based on the task being performed.

+ This position requires the ability to work periodic weekend and evenings/nighttime work schedules.

+ This position requires the ability to work in moderate to loud noise level areas (examples: business office with typewriters and/or computer printers, light traffic to metal can manufacturing, department, large earth-moving equipment).
