    We are seeking an experiencedNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwith a passion for primary care to join our Bend team. This is an opportunity to practice with autonomy while being backed by a collegial group of providers and a responsive administrative team.     Minimum Qualifications

    Required Qualifications & Abilities:

    + Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

    + Required:2 - 3 yearsof Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP

    + Required: Passion for Primary Care

    + Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

    + Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

    + Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

    + In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Respect for patient's confidentiality

    + Compassionate and approachable

    + Responsible and trustworthy

    + Attend work regularly and on time

    General Physical Requirements

     

    + While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

    + The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.

    + The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
