About the Convention Center:

The Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center hosts a variety of events from conferences to weddings and banquets. With beautiful views and a reputation for excellence, we strive to make every event special through exceptional service.

The Role:

We are looking for friendly and attentive Beverage Servers to provide top-quality service during events. Your role is to ensure guests enjoy their beverages promptly and with a smile, contributing to a smooth and memorable event experience.

What You'll Do:

+ Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner

+ Set up and maintain beverage stations and service areas

+ Clear empty glasses and assist with clean-up during and after events

+ Communicate effectively with bartenders and event staff to ensure guest satisfaction

+ Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and health guidelines

+ Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

+ Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

+ Professional appearance and positive attitude

+ Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
