    We’re hiring one more in-house recruiter to join the Irving team! This role is full-time, temporary-to-permanent, and performance-driven. We're especially looking for someone who brings prior experience working with **Aerospace clients or roles** ; someone who understands the nuances of engineering, manufacturing, or technician requisitions in that space.

    + Previous experience supporting Aerospace or Aviation clients

    **Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Monday through Friday

You’ll be dialing into success, working hard to hit performance KPIs, and building strong pipelines for skilled trades clients assigned to you.     Key Responsibilities

    + Cold-call candidates to meet aggressive recruitment targets

    + Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision and follow-through

    + Maintain momentum in candidate communications to ensure rapid progression

    + Keep records sharp and current in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)

    + Help new hires complete onboarding steps quickly and accurately

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
