    What Your Day May Look Like

    + Ensure that alarm Management Analysts are delivering high quality profucts to customers.

    + Guide investigations and incident response.

    + Liaise with partner teams to drive resolution to alarm events.

    + Develop and mentor Analysts through coaching and feedback.

    + Receive pass-down information from other shifts, and conduct shift briefings to provide updates, assignments, training, and compliance.

    + Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

    Position Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + Associate degree or equivalent experience in the security industry.

    + At least 3 years management/supervisory experience required.

    + At least 3 years experience working with a physical access control system (PACS) such as Lenel.

    + Bachelor degree or 6 years or security industry experience, including professional certifications a plus!

    + Comfortable in high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations.

    + Strong customer service skills required.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

    + Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.

    + All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
