    Description

**Job Title** : Head of Product, Strategic Intelligence

At Norstella, our mission is simple: to help our clients bring life-saving therapies to market quicker—and help patients in need.

Founded in 2022, but with history going back to 1939, Norstella unites best-in-class brands to help clients navigate the complexities at each step of the drug development life cycle —and get the right treatments to the right patients at the right time.

Each organization (Citeline, Evaluate, MMIT, Panalgo, The Dedham Group) delivers must-have answers for critical strategic and commercial decision-making. Together, via our market-leading brands, we help our clients:

+ Citeline – accelerate the drug development cycle

+ Evaluate – bring the right drugs to market

+ MMIT – identify barrier to patient access

+ Panalgo – turn data into insight faster

+ The Dedham Group – think strategically for specialty therapeutics

By combining the efforts of each organization under Norstella, we can offer an even wider breadth of expertise, cutting-edge data solutions and expert advisory services alongside advanced technologies such as real-world data, machine learning and predictive analytics. As one of the largest global pharma intelligence solution providers, Norstella has a footprint across the globe with teams of experts delivering world class solutions in the USA, UK, The Netherlands, Japan, China and India.

    Role Summary

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Norstella’s Strategic Intelligence product suite (Evaluate, DMHC, Biomedtracker and other strategic intelligence solutions). You’ll manage a multi‑region product team and partner closely with Engineering, Content/Analyst teams, Data Science, and Go‑to‑Market to deliver best‑in‑class forecasting, market intelligence, and decision support for pharma, biotech, consulting, and financial services customers.

    Key Responsibilities

+ Integrate LOA/PTRS and catalysts (Biomedtracker) into risk‑adjusted scenarios and portfolio views.

    Platform & Data Integration

+ Partner with Engineering and Data Science to incorporate RWD (claims, lab, EMR) where it improves forecast accuracy and scenario planning. Champion shared ontologies, APIs, and explainable models to ensure consistency and scalability across the SI suite.

    Execution & Delivery

+ Lead agile, outcome‑driven development with quarterly OKRs and clear success metrics.

+ Ensure quality and transparency in forecasting models, instrument releases for usage analytics, and iterate quickly based on customer feedback and adoption data.

    Team Leadership

+ Structure, recruit, and mentor a high‑performing product organization.

+ Build career paths, foster a culture of customer closeness and evidence‑based decisions, and implement rituals that scale excellence across product management and UX.

    Go‑to‑Market Partnership

+ Collaborate with PMM, Sales, and CS on value messaging, packaging, and enablement.

+ Drive launch excellence with competitive positioning, demo readiness, and adoption programs that accelerate time‑to‑value for customers.

    Communication & Client Engagement

+ Serve as a visible product leader with strong executive presence.

+ Communicate complex forecasting concepts in clear, compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and external clients.

+ Represent the product suite in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic account reviews to build trust and influence adoption.
