    Our client is a software and consulting company with long-standing client relationships and an emerging products division. Their primary expertise is in application development, data visualization, Information Technology (IT), and Their clients include large financial firms, utilities and Federal customers.

     

    They’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy leader to drive key initiatives that elevate global compliance program. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll spearhead critical technology efforts and streamline processes that support regulatory readiness, standardization, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead strategic initiatives with senior leadership to drive impactful change.

    + Identify and implement technology solutions and process improvements.

    + Collaborate with compliance experts to ensure practical, scalable solutions.

    + Partner with tech teams and vendors across the development lifecycle.

    + Champion global standardization and compliance transformation efforts.

    + Foster alignment and transparency through clear, consistent communication.

    + Lead change management, training, and adoption of new tools and processes.

    Qualifications

    + A sharp strategic mind with strong analytical and communication skills.

    + Proven ability to connect business needs to tech-driven solutions.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or IT

    + 10+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Project Management.

    + Deep compliance expertise in a global investment management environment.

    + Strong understanding of equities, bonds, and derivatives.

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
