    Basic Job Functions:

    Nucor Business Technology (NBT)is seeking a highly skilledSenior Business Analyst for its Deployment Team.

     

    + Facilitate discussions between divisions and partners to develop aligned business processes.

    + Identify business needs, translate into functional system requirements, and create and configure rule sets within MES and/or ERP applications.

    + Testing: create test scenarios/scripts (for functional, negative and regression testing) and execute testing in various environments.

    + Training: create documentation and facilitate training for both internal and external customers/users.

    + Provide hands-on support for division teammates throughout system implementation project cycle.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software applications.

    + Four-year college degree in engineering, business or IT-related field. Experience in manufacturing or software project management may be substituted.

    + 2+ years' experience in steel manufacturing or related industry.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience building or integrating Level 2 production manufacturing systems.

    + Knowledge and real-world application of standard steel specifications.
