    Human Resource Generalist

    What you’ll achieve

     

    In your role as an HR Generalist your main responsibility will be to assist with the development and roll-out of high-value human resources as well as transformation programs, practices and procedures to all levels of team members.

    You will:

    •Act as a partner to senior management to ensure strong employment brand, team member engagement and local execution of Dell’s Culture Code

    •Assist senior members to advise on local country laws, practices and regulations

    •Support the execution of Dell Technologies HR strategy and agenda at local level.

    •Work with senior HR managers to accompany local change programs and advise local team members accordingly

    Essential Requirements

    •0 to 2 years of experience, ideally first experience within Human Resources during an internship, student job or first job experience

    •Experience working in an international or global environment

    •Familiar with a variety of HR functions, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment in supporting the site

    •Self-organized, structured, detail oriented with a love for accuracy

    Desirable Requirements

    •Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or related studies

    Compensation

    Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $62,050 - $80,300.
