Job Title: General Laborer - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer on the 1st shift, where you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement for those who demonstrate good attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

+ Undergo training with a full-time employee to learn machine operations, part pulling, visual inspections, and packaging.

+ Monitor machine operations and pull parts off the line.

+ Perform visual inspections to identify defects in parts.

+ Package inspected parts and prepare them for quality assurance.

+ Work with either Plastic Injection Molding cells or assembly cells.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks.

+ General production, assembly, and packaging skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with machine operating is a plus.

+ Familiarity with visual inspections is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
