    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute scheduled production orders efficiently across blending, compression, and packaging departments.

    + Handle the blending of powders and compress tablets accurately.

    + Operate packaging machinery with precision and attention to detail.

    + Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment correctly.

    + Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.

    + Ensure all products meet quality standards through meticulous inspection.

    Essential Skills

    + Machine operation experience - 2 years required.

    + Troubleshooting experience - 2 years required.

    + Inspection experience - 2 years required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Line lead experience.

    + Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

    This is a brand new facility that is climate controlled and currently has 50 employees with plans to grow to 150 by the end of next year. This offers an excellent opportunity for contractors to join at the ground level and grow with the company.

     

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a powder facility with a dusty atmosphere due to the manufacturing of cleaning products, which also results in a strong cleaning smell. The position operates on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm, including a 30-minute paid lunch break. The bulk of the production line speaks Spanish, so candidates should be aware of potential language barriers.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
