Job Title: Structural Welder
Shifts Available: Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
Job Overview:
We are looking for structural welders to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with basic welding experience who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment. You’ll assist with welding tasks, learn to read blueprints, and operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with MIG and some Flux welding tasks
+ Learn to read and follow blueprints and measurements
+ Prepare materials and components for welding
+ Operate grinders and basic hand tools
+ Support welding in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
+ Basic welding experience or training preferred
+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions
+ Ability to use tape measures and hand tools
+ Reliable and safety-conscious

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
