Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general production workers for multiple shifts in Kennebunk, ME. As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for tasks such as unpacking, cleaning, inspecting, and loading materials into machinery. This role involves the use of various production machinery and tools, along with documentation and materials transport. You will be on your feet for most of the day and will participate in team lifts for heavy items, ensuring the use of safety glasses and shoes.

Responsibilities

+ Unpack, clean, inspect, and load materials into machines

+ Operate various production machinery and tools

+ Document processes and transport materials as needed

+ Conduct inspections and perform assembly tasks

+ Work on foot for the majority of the shift and participate in team lifts for heavy items

Essential Skills

+ Ability to work in an ITAR Facility

+ Strong mechanical or technical skills

+ Good attitude, attendance, and work ethic

+ Previous industrial or similar experience (6+ months)

+ Ability to work the duration of the shift on feet

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mature, able to work with little supervision

+ Ability to think critically and possess a valid license

+ Super reliable and able to get along with others

Work Environment

The position is located in Kennebunk, with various shifts available. First shifts include roles such as Medical Inspector/Packer and SBN Line Operator. Second shifts offer opportunities with a differential pay for roles like TSD Inspector/Packer and SBN Fixturer. Third shifts have positions like TSD Machine Operator and Utility Person, all with differential pay. Safety is a priority, requiring the use of safety glasses and shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
