Job Title: Production Worker/Warehouse Worker- 1st Shift- Vista CA

Job Description

Join our team to play a vital role in our textile processing operations. As a Feeder/Folder or Soil Counter/Sorter, you will handle clean and soiled textiles, ensuring they are sorted, counted, and processed efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Continuously grasp, sort, and grade clean textiles for final finishing.

+ Fold textiles by hand or feed them into an ironer or folding machine.

+ Handle, count, sort, and record incoming soiled textiles from customers.

+ Identify damaged or abused textiles and record into sorting systems.

+ Open bags of soiled textiles and sort by type, size, and color.

+ Meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.

+ Follow instructions as directed by supervision.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to recognize colors and sizes accurately.

+ Capability to comprehend and follow directions.

+ Familiarity with production, general labor, and a warehouse environment is helpful.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Entry-level position, reliability, and good work ethic.

+ Ability to stand on feet all day.

Work Environment

Work in a linen facility equipped with industrial-sized washers and dryers. Be part of a production area in an industrial laundry facility with variations in temperature, odors, humidity, lint, and dust. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Vista, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
