Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in corporate accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger review, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting and close. Prior public accounting experience and CPA licensure (or in process) are a plus. This is a fully in-office role for a motivated professional eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger review and bank reconciliations.

+ Perform month-end reporting and close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows.

+ Support compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

+ Utilize prior public accounting knowledge and/or CPA expertise (if applicable) to enhance financial processes.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of hands-on corporate accounting and finance experience.

+ Strong expertise in general ledger review, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

+ Public accounting experience a plus; CPA licensure or in process preferred.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

+ NetSuite a plus

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
