Description We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This Contract to permanent position plays a vital role in managing collections processes and ensuring the timely resolution of outstanding accounts. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving collections efficiency and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough outbound collections efforts with a focus on delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

• Investigate and analyze accounts to prepare thoroughly for customer interactions and drive effective meetings.

• Collaborate with internal sales teams, cross-functional departments, and external customers to address and resolve collection challenges.

• Evaluate delinquent accounts, prepare detailed bi-weekly or monthly reports on high-risk accounts, and offer actionable recommendations for resolution.

• Generate and review reports related to bad debt, assist with invoice adjustments, credit memos, and other necessary account modifications.

• Participate in system improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining collection processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Perform in-depth analysis of current collection practices and recommend innovative process improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, propose creative solutions, and explore opportunities for automation.

• Build strong collaborative relationships across departments to facilitate teamwork and problem-solving. Requirements • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in collections, preferably within the high-tech industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent work experience.

• Familiarity with order-to-cash business processes, including quoting, order management, and billing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-focused approach.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address challenges creatively.

• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work independently or as part of a team.
