    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and healthcare bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will assist with customer calls, including a significant portion of Spanish-speaking inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from home in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

    • Manage and document customer interactions using established procedures and systems.

    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

    • Ensure accuracy and quality in data entry and paperwork, adhering to company policies.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of medical coverage, benefit functions, and claim administration processes.

    • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.

    • Meet department performance goals related to satisfaction, accuracy, and attendance.

    • Participate in training programs to stay updated on company procedures and policies.

    • Handle sensitive and complex customer information with discretion and confidentiality.

    • Provide support during occasional overtime or holiday shifts as required by business needs.

    Requirements

    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.

    • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and familiarity with online systems like HealthCare.gov.

    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adhering to schedules and deadlines.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

    • Experience with claim administration and medical coverage-related tasks is highly preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
