    Night Shift Production Supervisor

     

    Adecco is hiring for a Night Shift Production Supervisor for a company in Nampa that is an industry leader in dried fruits & vegetables. You will supervise staff, document incidents, monitor equipment processes, help on the lines as needed, troubleshoot issues and send a structured report of the night’s happenings to the Production Manager. This company is committed to food safety, quality, and transparency. You will start day shift at $24 to train then after 3 months or so move to night shift with and extra $2/hr. differential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and lead night shift production team

    + Ensure safe, efficient plant operations

    + Meet daily production goals and resolve issues

    + Enforce GMPs and company policies

    + Maintain accurate inventory and production records

    + Support food safety and quality compliance

    + Collaborate to improve productivity and efficiency

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 1+ year of supervisory experience

    + Food production experience

    + Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

    + Clear oral and neat written communication

    + Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    + Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts

    + Flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, meetings)

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Schedule:12-hour night shifts 6:30pm-6:30am with rotating consecutive days off after the 30 day training period during day shift is completed.

    **Reports to:** Production Manager

    **Supervises:** Production Lead, Production Line Operators
