    The Role at a glance:

    We are looking to add an enthusiastic, friendly event server to our team in Charlottesville, VA! As an event server, you will be at the heart of a plethora of events ensuring unforgettable experiences for our guests at **_Historic Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello!_**

     

    This is a part-time, on-call role. Enjoy weekly paycheck, flexible schedules, referral program & more! Background and Drug screening is required for this role. Compensation is $26/hour depending on experience.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Greeting customers, explaining menu items, taking and delivering orders, and continuing with follow-up items.

    + Ensuring that service follows health code regulations.

    + Basic customer service interactions.

    What we're looking for:

    + Excellent communication and organization skills.

    + Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

    + At least one year of foodservice experience in a catering or restaurant setting.
