Now Hiring TWIC Certified Security Officers- Baltimore, MD

DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Baltimore, MD. Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values exceptional customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees.

Pay:

• $18.50/hour

Available Schedules:

+ All shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client.

+ Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.

+ Train, mentor, and support security officers on site.

+ Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations.

+ Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

+ Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ 1-3 years Supervisor experience

+ Maryland Guard Card is required.

+ TWIC License is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required.

+ Must have reliable transportation and communication.

+ Must pass a background check and drug screening.
