If they have PM exp in front office, middle market, ops and how that ties in with Capital Markets

PM skills is the forefront of this role

Execute against body of work

Program is in place and have structure--- project planning is most important – they have integrated plan and this person needs to understand milestones, sub tasks, End to end planning—

Do lots of status reporting—now ramping up into testing and they are now creating strategy documents to support testing—need person that understand testing (unit, regression, UAT,etc) and has exp with JIRA (they integrate with tech partners to coordinate to test)

Like people that understand front office and come from banking

o Developing and maintaining project plans deliverables

o Previous experience with overall project coordination (packaging documentation, facilitating calls, gathering data, organizing SharePoint, etc.)

o Creating status reports for stakeholders

o Documenting minutes and key decision (KBD’s) stemming from various conversation or meetings

• Risk Management Skills

o Risk and Issue tracking and coordination – RAID Log

o Identifying, assessing and mitigating risk

• Time Management Skills

o Keeping projects on track based on integrated planned scheduled dates

• Quality Management

o Ensure project deliverables meet standards

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience

• All candidates must have Capital Markets and/or Sales and Trading project management experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00/hr.
