As the Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Managerat Siemens Energy, you will oversee and manage the security of OT systems,which are crucial for controlling and monitoring industrial operations in themarine and industry domains.

These systems have unique operational requirements, andyour role is vital in protecting them from cyber threats that could impactphysical processes. Your day will involve designing and implementing securitystrategies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with engineering andproduct development teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into OT processesand technologies.

You will also lead a team of engineers, providing guidanceand mentorship to achieve both individual and team goals. Your leadership willdrive the team towards achieving organizational security objectives, fosteringa collaborative and efficient work environment!

How You'll Make An Impact

+ **Designing,implementing, and managing OT security strategies, policies, andprocedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatoryrequirements.**

+ **Overseeingthe daily management of the engineering team, including settingperformance expectations and conducting reviews.**

+ **Providingcybersecurity mentorship, leading all aspects of user documentation, andcoordinating resource planning and project progression.**

+ **Asa member of the Digitalization Engineering team, you'll contribute tocustomer initiatives that facilitate the secure and resilient operation ofcritical infrastructure.**

+ **Yourexpertise in managing and servicing customer projects will enhance ourability to respond effectively to cybersecurity events and requirements.**

+ **Standoutcolleague/influencer – collaborates with others to solve problems &works well in an ambiguous environment.**

What You Bring

+ **Bachelor'sdegree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent experience.**

+ **12+years industry experience with a deep knowledge of cybersecuritypractices, with an emphasis in OT/ICS environments; cybersecuritycertifications is preferred.**

+ **Familiarwith regulatory standards and frameworks such as NERC CIP and IEC 62443**

+ **Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills including customer-facingpresentations!**

+ **Familiaritywith security event collection, aggregation, parsing, and detectionmethodologies; Understanding of networking topics including switching,routing, access control, and secure communications**

+ **Travel(potential for both international and domestic) up to 25%.**
