What you will do
As a Lead Engineering Technician, Service, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of servicing activities, sustaining, and improving service processes through independent work or partnering with internal/external stakeholders.
+ Act as first point of contact for daily line support issues.
+ Planning and execution equipment/fixture calibration and maintenance
+ Independently assemble fixtures and perform testing
+ Troubleshoot and solve product and process related problems
+ Responsible for non-conformance /CAPA initiation, investigation, and implementation
+ Investigate and disposition Service line failures (NCR)
+ Provide internal/external audit support
+ Be the change advocate for new processes by participating in business process changes: learning the new process and train other service staff, ensuring smooth transition and implementation of the change
+ Plan and execute process improvement through change management processes
+ Assist with writing/performing validations, including writing protocols and summary reports
+ Handle inquiries where appropriate from internal and external sources
+ Be a ‘subject matter expert’ with regard to Acceptable Quality Standards for products and processes
What you need
Required
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Five (5) years’ relevant work experience
+ Able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs. of force constantly to move objects
Preferred
+ Quality Management System (QMS) experience
+ Engineering Change Request/ Order (ECR/ ECO) experience
+ Non-Conformance Report (NCR) experience
+ Experience with SAP S/4HANA
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
+ Equipment /Process validation experience
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
