Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Job Description
Join our dedicated team responsible for managing the e-verify, I-9 process, and other HR employment processes. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance by handling I-9 cases within our HR Information system, matching employee files with government records, and accurately documenting case information.
Responsibilities
+ Process and manage I-9 cases in the HR Information system.
+ Match employee files with government records to ensure accuracy.
+ Document case information meticulously.
+ Communicate with internal Managers via email or phone to gather additional documents or information.
+ Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for employee eligibility.
+ Audit documents to verify identification and legal residency.
Essential Skills
+ Experience navigating various computer systems and performing data entry.
+ Ability to analyze information and act diligently.
+ Typing speed of 60 WPM.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in an HR role preferred.
+ I-9 experience or legal knowledge is a plus.
+ Experience with Workday system is a plus.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Self-starter who can maintain a consistent work schedule.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite in an office setting with cubicles. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
