    + Experience in logistics, customer service, inventory management, and transportation.

    + Experience with importing and exporting products, with an understanding of shipping and logistics.

    + 2-3 years of experience in a related field or a relevant degree in Business, Operations, or Analytics.

    + International shipping experience is a plus but not required.

    Job Description

    The Logistics Coordinator will manage various aspects of sales shipments and orders, specifically focusing on food and meat products. This role involves collaboration with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments, including customs, to ensure accurate and timely shipment and receipt of products. The coordinator will utilize internal systems and Oracle for tracking and documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations. This role requires compiling and utilizing original documents for international tracking.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with sales representatives, vendors, and government departments to ensure shipments are processed and received accurately.

    + Utilize internal systems and Oracle to track client and shipment information.

    + Ensure international compliance by verifying the correctness and detail of all documentation.

    + Compile original documents for international tracking purposes.

    + Maintain communication with customs to adhere to international shipping regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in administrative support and data entry.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

    + Strong organizational and clerical skills.

    + Ability to provide administrative assistance effectively.

    + Excellent detail orientation and problem-solving skills.

    + Capability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

    Work Environment

    The position is located in Downtown SLC and requires onsite work from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with a team lead and 2-3 team members in a collaborative environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
