Licensed Health Telesales Representative – Medicare & Medicaid Plans (DSNP & Individual)

Remote – EST/CST Preferred | Full-Time, Contract

Monday - Friday 8 hr shift between 8:00am-8:00pm with atleast one weekend day ( 40 hr work week)

Seeking passionate and driven Licensed Telesales Representatives to assist during a critical time in healthcare enrollment. This role will begin with a focus on Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP) and transition to Individual Plans during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) starting October 1.

About the Role

As a Licensed Telesales Representative, you will:

+ Educate prospective members on their healthcare options.

+ Evaluate eligibility and enroll individuals

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach during downtime.

+ Ensure compliance with CMS Sales & Marketing regulations and Health Plan policies.

+ Maintain a minimum 6% call-to-sale conversion rate with a goal of 10 enrollments per week.

Key Responsibilities

+ Sell DSNP and Individual Plans to eligible beneficiaries via phone.

+ Provide plan quotes and explain coverage inclusions.

+ Complete enrollments and guide members through the process.

+ Respond to inquiries and transfer misrouted calls appropriately.

+ Conduct outbound calls for:

+ DSNP alignment referrals from care coordinators.

+ CSNP retention (collecting medical documentation).

+ Individual outreach (e.g., dependents aging off family plans).

• Qualifications

+ Active Virginia Health Insurance License (required).

+ AHIP Certification (current or eligible).

+ Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or Contact Center environments.

+ Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
