Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience to provide end-user support and manage technical issues related to reverse logistics, customer service, and inventory/asset management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems while ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Technical Support:
+ Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
+ Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure prompt resolution.
+ Follow established guidelines and procedures under direct supervision.
+ Process Management:
+ Handle returns, disposal, refurbishment, reconciliation, resale, and recycling processes.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards.
+ Customer Service:
+ Address customer claims, refunds, replacements, and satisfaction concerns.
+ Collaborate with customer service teams to improve resolution times and service quality.
+ Inventory & Asset Management:
+ Manage surplus assets, obsolescence, and asset disposition.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits.
+ Supply Chain Operations:
+ Support forward and reverse logistics operations.
+ Contribute to supply chain optimization and improvement initiatives.
+ Work within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment to streamline logistics processes.
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree in a related field (preferred).
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related domain.
+ Familiarity with reverse logistics, inventory management, and customer service practices.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Reporting Structure:
+ Reports directly to the Supervisor or Manager.
+ Works under immediate supervision with pre-established guidelines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
