Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic financial services team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in banking and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The position involves a mix of customer service (70%) and operational processing (30%) with a strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle incoming phone calls related to wire transfers, including member verification and detailed data entry (average call duration: ~4 minutes).
+ Process member transactions such as check deposits, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
+ Monitor exception reports and perform necessary corrections and adjustments.
+ Review and evaluate checks submitted through the Deposit Anywhere portal.
+ Take ownership of assigned operational functions and ensure timely, accurate completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (retail banking preferred)
+ Strong typing and computer skills
+ Experience in banking or financial services
Soft Skills:
+ Team-oriented and collaborative
+ Coachable with a positive attitude
+ Strong verbal and written communication
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Perks
+ Training: 100% onsite in Vernon Hills for the first 2–3 weeks
+ Hybrid Schedule: After training, 2 days remote / 3 days onsite
+ Team Size: 11 team members
+ Leadership: Reports to a Director through a team lead
+ Metrics: Quality of calls, verification accuracy, processing speed, and attendance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
